Your well-being is a priority that can start with a single small step.
The academic journey is not just about acquiring skills and knowledge; it is also a phase of profound personal growth, where you build and consolidate your IdentityThe sense of who you are, what you want, and what matters to you; it is built over time, also through experiences and relationships.. It can be stimulating, but also demanding and a source of stress. Some exams can turn into obstacles that seem difficult to overcome, or doubts may arise regarding your chosen path. Sometimes, just thinking about an exam is enough to feel overwhelmed by anxiety; other times, it is the thesis—even after a satisfying journey—that generates unexpected fears and mental blocks.
