In June and July 2025, the seminar “Managing Anxiety in University and Professional Environments” was held. This experiential program consisted of five sessions led by Dr. Maura Socciarelli (Psychotherapist, Bioenergetic Analyst, and expert in the field) as part of the ProBen project, funded by the MIUR for the 2024/2025 academic year.
The program, which involved a pilot group of students from the Department of Linguistic and Literary Studies at the University of Tuscia, focused on dialogue, open discussion, and listening to oneself and others. It offered bodywork and experiential activities aimed at preventing and learning how to manage anxiety.
This initiative aligns with the commitment made by the University of Tuscia acting as lead institution for the PROBEN project alongside Sapienza University of Rome to promote a culture of psychological and physical wellbeing within the university environment.
