In October 2025, the Travel Laboratory of the University of Tuscia organized an immersive walk through nature, history, and culture, with the goal of rediscovering oneself and the local area in an eco-friendly way. The initiative was designed as an opportunity to combine personal wellbeing and collective memory, creating new connections with both the environment and the community.
Set against the backdrop of the Via Francigena, the walk also promotes awareness regarding the relationship between nature and mental health. It is part of the countless initiatives under the PROBEN project the WAVE project funded by the MIUR (Ministry of Education, University and Research) jointly led by the University of Tuscia and Sapienza University of Rome, in collaboration with LUMSA, UNINT, and LINK, as well as the Academy of Fine Arts of Rome and the Silvio D’Amico National Academy of Dramatic Arts.
