General description of the serviceGeneral Description of the Service

By offering 4 free psychological counseling sessions followed by a meeting three months later, the service provides a safe space to listen and reflect on your own mental and emotional states, as well as those of others. The goal is to help you reactivate your personal resources for both your academic journey and personal growth.

For many students, university life is a brand-new world full of potential, experiences, and challenges to face. The path to graduation is much more than just acquiring technical knowledge—it is also a time in life for building and shaping our adult .
Sometimes, however, things don’t go as expected: certain exams can feel like insurmountable obstacles, your focus might waver, or you may no longer feel sure about your choice of study. In other cases, just the thought of taking an exam can trigger anxiety or discouragement. For other students, even with a successful academic record, the final thesis preparation becomes so loaded with fear that it leaves them feeling stuck.

Starting university can also mean moving away from your family, bringing a shift in habits, places, and support systems that isn’t always easy to adapt to. Other times, comparing yourself to peers can spark deep insecurities: relationships may feel challenging and heavy, leaving you misunderstood, isolated, and unmotivated to reach out to others. In some cases, you might simply feel lost, confused, or burdened by a constant sense of dissatisfaction.

The service is open to students experiencing difficulties related to:

  • adjusting to university life
